TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for a fabrication shop in the East Houston, TX Area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person; Office Setting

ADMIN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing and maintaining files, records, and office supplies.
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and acting as a point of contact.
Assisting other staff members with tasks and projects as required.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Must be able to pass a typing test
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

PAY RATE

$18.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM
