TMD Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Austin team! 

This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire role. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting customers face-to-face, are comfortable working out of their car most days, and have a strong work ethic.

POSITION: Entry-Level Sales Representative (Outside Sales)
SCHEDULE: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION: $50,000/year + Commission (up to $100k potential)

ENTRY-LEVEL SALES REP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with customers face-to-face to present products and services.

• Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, and networking to generate new leads.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Assist in developing sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

ENTRY-LEVEL SALES REP QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Enjoys meeting and talking with people face-to-face.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (comfortable working from your car most days).

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Basic computer skills
