TMD Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our South Houston, TX team (77075)!

This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire role offering a competitive base salary plus commission. We are looking for driven sales professionals with proven success in the staffing industry and/or outside B2B sales who can help us grow our presence across the Greater Houston area.

POSITION: Business Development Representative (Outside Sales)
SCHEDULE: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary plus Commission

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the light industrial, warehouse, and hospitality sectors.

• Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, and networking to build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.

• Present customized staffing solutions and negotiate bill rates with clients.

• Partner with our recruiting team to ensure client hiring needs are met and placements are successful.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP QUALIFICATIONS

• Staffing industry experience (preferred) OR proven success in outside/B2B sales. 
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and company-required car insurance coverage.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Light computer experience required.
