This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing! 

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for market growth / new business. As a Business Development Representative, you will work directly with operations to ensure that the hiring needs of our clients and the contract employees' payroll expectations are met.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person; This is not a remote opportunity. 

SHIFT: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary plus Commission

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all sales and service functions for targeted markets.

• Outside solicitation/Cold calls of new clientele.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and recommend candidates.
• Prepare, calculate, and negotiate bill rates with clients.
• Relationship-Oriented Builds and maintains business relationships throughout the sales cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Outside Sales Experience is REQUIRED.
• Valid driver's license and company-required car insurance coverage.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Light computer experience is required.
