Hours: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM to 3:00 AM, and Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM as needed

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team on the night shift. As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a vital role in operating and setting up CNC Horizontal Lathes, ensuring precision and quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC Horizontal Lathes.

- Validate machine programs and work instructions for accuracy.

- Operate CNC Lathe for first article production, conducting checks and inspections.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work order routings.

- Document actions by completing work order routings.

- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.

- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.

- Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals.

- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED.

- Minimum of five years of experience operating Horizontal CNC Lathes.

- Recent experience with Fanuc Controls on both small and large CNC lathes.

- Basic math and computer skills.

- Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

- Strong attention to detail.

- Knowledge of machine tools, work holding equipment/fixtures, and accessories.

- Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial bore gages, ring groove gages, etc.

- Willingness and ability to work the 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Salary Range: $50,835.00 - $56,160.00 USD
