TMD Staffing is looking to hire Horizontal Mill Operator in the Houston area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-person

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate and adjust CNC horizontal mills to produce quality parts

- Load/unload materials and perform tool changes

- Select and run machine programs to meet production standards

- Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality

- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

- Complete required inventory control and documentation

- Assist with preventive maintenance (lockout/tagout procedures)

- Support other manufacturing functions when needed

- Meet or exceed productivity standards and record downtime/uptime data

QUALIFICATIONS

- CNC horizontal mill (Emmegi) experience 

- Experience with Elumatec and/ or Emmegi is a plus

- Basic understanding of G-Code CNC programming

- Ability to accurately use and read tape measure, calipers and others as required 

- Ability to read drawings and blueprints

PAY RATE

$15.00+ Depending on experience
