TMD Staffing is looking to hire a CNC Operator in the Houston, Texas area! (77078)

Specializes in CNC Wire Profiling machines. If you're bilingual, it's a plus! (English/Spanish)

POSITION: CNC Operator

LOCATION: Houston, TX 77078

PAY RATE: $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

SHIFT: 6:00 AM – 3:00 Standard,  6:00 AM - 5:00 PM when overtime is required.

CNC OPERATOR SUMMARY: A CNC wire profiling machine is a specialized tool used for precision cutting and shaping materials, typically metal or plastic, into complex profiles. It utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) technology to automate the process, allowing for high accuracy and repeatability.

CNC OPERATOR TASKS:

• Prepare and set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Monitor the machining process, conduct inspections, and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, troubleshoot issues, and keep equipment in good working condition.

CNC OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have experience with a CNC WIRE PROFILING MACHINE. 
• Understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform measurements accurately.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process.
• It's a plus if you are bilingual. (English/Spanish)
