Location: Taylor, Texas (76574)

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Saturday (OVER-TIME REQUIRED)

Pay:  $41.00 per hour

Job Title: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing mitigation and reconstruction projects from start to finish; you will coordinate all phases of the project. The Project Manager is required to verify the accuracy of project documentation. This is an integral position that works closely with the production team to satisfactorily service our clients and their properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage on-site mitigation and construction laborers, trades, deliveries/materials, and client expectations.
• Review project schedules and budgets; Complete projects on time and within budget, and never compromise on quality.
• Review job profitability and engage in efforts to improve execution, implement financial and operational controls to ensure gross margin execution.
• Place orders for materials and be responsible for equipment and materials on site.
• Maintain records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs.
• Liaise with inspection authorities regarding inspections and approvals.
• Oversee execution of division’s 24-hour on-call rotation and ensure the response times remain within companies’ expectations.
• Enforce corporate OSHA safety policies on jobsite, providing key responsibility for safety and compliance in the field.
• Work with the operations and sales teams to obtain all required documentation, including Work
• Authorizations and Certificates of Satisfaction, from client, and satisfy any insurance requirements.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure satisfactory completion of projects; give clear direction, anticipate issues, and problem solve effectively.
• Ensure internal and external clients are informed of the status of project throughout production with detailed information and accurate and descriptive documentation; a finalized folder is turned in upon completion of every project.
• Train, motivate, and coach technicians.
• Participate in after-hours emergency response rotation.
• Attend all appropriate company meetings, association and client events, and marketing team opportunities.
• Obtain and retain certifications as requested by the company; enrollment and/or membership fees will be provided.

What You Need:

• 2 Years of Commercial Construction Experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Must have strong foundational understanding of large exterior and interior construction.
• Construction, water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire damage remediation experience required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook (email).
• Proficient with scheduling software (MS Project preferred).
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA30 Certification 
• Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and to operate heavy equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
