Pay Rate: $16.00 English/ $17.00 Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Shift:  M-F 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. M-F (Occasional Saturday)

Available Incentives for Perfect Attendance 

Have you ever paid a bill online?  You will be assisting others to make online payments for different billers.  Patience is required as you will be working with those who may not be tech savvy or have issues making online payments.

Employment Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Previous Customer Service and/or Call Center Experience (minimum 1 year)

Proficient with working with web-based applications and Microsoft Office products

Keyboarding, Data Entry and Computer Proficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team Player, positive attitude, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills

Professional Voice Quality (English or English/ Spanish)*

Dependent on voice skill needed for call coverage

Must pass background and credit check

Automatic background exclusions:

No bankruptcies

Any employee who has a charge of fraud, theft, identify theft, or other financial related crimes will be automatically excluded from being eligible for hire. 

An individual shall be deemed to have not passed the background investigation if the individual has a felony criminal record or has a conviction related to theft, violence, fraud, misconduct, or a controlled substance.

All crimes of a violent nature are also excluded from being eligible for hire.
