TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in the Green Central area 77073! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

On site work- Temp to Hire 

Position Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and providing overall support to the business.  The Customer Representative will be the first point of contact for customers and will be expected to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.  This role will work internally with various departments.

We are looking for a team player who has a positive attitude, works independently, is flexible, and works well in a fast-paced working environment.

We are looking to fill this position immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Process and ensure accuracy of orders
• Arrange transportation
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Generate customer invoices

REQUIERD SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Customer Service experience (excludes retail and restaurant experience)
• Customer rapport
• Conflict resolution
• Active listening
• Problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential
• Enterprise software experience (e.g. QuickBooks, Datacor/ Chempax, similar ERP system)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more.
• Must be capable of working overtime with little notice, as needed

PAY RATE

$22 an hour 

SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday 

8 am –  5 pm
