TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Driver Helper in the Wilmer, Texas area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading delivery items from the vehicle.

• Help navigate delivery routes and ensure timely arrivals at destinations.

• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing any inquiries.

• Ensure all packages are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

• Follow safety protocols and company policies while on the road and during deliveries.

• Communicate effectively with the driver and team members to coordinate delivery schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants MUST be capable of heavy lifting. (At least 50+ lbs unassisted)
  

• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Flexibility to adjust to varying work hours as required.

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service is a plus.

• Must maintain a polished, presentable appearance. 

PAY RATE

$13.00 per hour 

SCHEDULE

First Shift: Monday - Friday, 4AM – 12PM + OT Mandatory
