TMD Staffing is looking to hire Entry-Level Mail Clerks in the Thurmont, MD area! (21788)

*** No experience is required, training is provided! ***

LOCATION: Thurmont, MD 21788

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: Temp-to-Hire

PAY RATE: $16.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

SCHEDULE: 12 Hour Shifts; Night Shift, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM.

3-Day Work Week with alternating weekend shifts. 

MAIL CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents with care and discretion.
• Manage inventory of mail room supplies, including postage, shipping materials, etc.
• Ensure that the mailroom is organized and operating efficiently.
• Will be standing for extended periods of time.

MAIL CLERK QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• High attention to detail.
• Communication skills.
• Above-average math skills.
• Must be reliable.
