TMD Staffing is looking to hire Residential Maintenance/General Labor to start immediately! 


Tasks:

Daily Duties include, but not limited to

  • Painting, Clean Up, Building Maintenance
  • Pressure washing
  • General landscaping
  • Assist maintenance team when needed
  • Maintain clean and professional appearance of exterior properties

Equipment provided by company to use during shift hours.


Schedule: 

  • Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. 
  • Overtime occasionally available.


Pay: $19.00 PH


Ideal candidate is: up beat, excellent time management, enjoys working with a team, experienced with landscaping equipment, General Maintenance, Some Hand Tools, and Great work ethic.
