TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist in North Houston (77032)! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person, Office Environment

SCHEDULE: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM)

PAY RATE: $20.00 per hour

SUMMARY: TMD Staffing is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist the client’s Sales Team with order processing, customer communication, and administrative support. This position ensures smooth operations from order entry to fulfillment — no selling required.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Process and confirm customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify product availability and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment
• Prepare and send quotes, order confirmations, and documentation to customers and sales representatives
• Maintain and update customer accounts, quotes, and order records
• Provide prompt, professional customer service and phone support (answer calls within two to three rings)
• Support multiple sales representatives with administrative and order-related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or inside sales support
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
• Packaging industry knowledge preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
