TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Overnight Dock Lead in the Round Rock area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person – Warehouse/Dock Environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage dock associates during overnight operations.

• Oversee the loading and unloading of freight while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Monitor workflow to ensure operational goals and safety standards are consistently met.

• Train, mentor, and coach team members to maximize productivity and maintain high performance.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock environment.

• Collaborate with other managers and departments to coordinate freight movement.

• Complete shift reports, maintain inventory accuracy, and communicate any operational challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous dock, warehouse, or logistics supervisory experience required.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of dock equipment and safety procedures.

• Must be able to work overnight hours.

• Dress Code: Work pants/jeans (no rips or shorts), company-issued or solid-colored polo/work shirt, closed-toe slip-resistant shoes or steel-toe boots, high-visibility safety vest, and additional PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hard hat) as required.

PAY RATE

$20/hr 

SCHEDULE
Overnight Shift | 9pm - 6am
