TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Technician for a Metal Facility in the Carrollton, TX area! (75006)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person; Metal Warehouse Fabrication Facility

RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Use technical skills to program and operate CMM machine to create inspection programs for coordinate-measuring machines

2. Interprets geometric dimensioning and tolerance frames from blueprints and uses mathematical date

3. Collects data in printed and electronic format for use by other departments and customers

4. Reports dimensional, statistical, capability, and measurement system data in a variety of formats

5. Analyzes raw inspection data and performs reverse engineering functions

6. Ensures QC with supporting quality audits and document control

7. Works with production department to ensure ISO compliance

8. Reports to the Quality/Safety Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• CMM certification
• 2 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality systems
• High school diploma

PAY RATE

$22.00- $24.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 6:00AM – 4:30PM
