TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Receptionist in the 77055 area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person, Office

RESPONSIBILITIES

Front office, answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly
Schedule jobs, email estimates and provide updates to Customers
Maintain online dispatch schedules
General office support, file, mail

QUALIFICATIONS

Computer literate – MS Office
QuickBook a plus
Administrative experience needed

PAY RATE

$15-17/hour DOE

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
