Job Responsibilities:
Submit referrals to Primary Care Providers.
Distinguish between referrals and authorizations.
Accurately differentiate Health Plans (HMO vs PPO) and their specific requirements.
Navigate insurance portals effectively.
Provide excellent customer service.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail.
Knowledge of health insurance and authorization processes.
Comfortable working with diverse health plans and adhering to their requirements.
