TMD Staffing is looking to hire a 3^rd Shift Coordinator in the Lewisville, TX area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

Shift Coordinator  RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met
• Maintain positive and effective relationships with employees
• Review and approve machine set ups, production samples, and/or shipments as necessary
• Attend production meetings and confer with other departments to coordinate production activities
• Perform training for new employees
• Ensure the “Quality Policy and Objectives” are understood and achieved
• May update and maintain shift schedules in the attendance system, as well as enter attendance transactions

Shift Coordinator Required Skills

• High School Education, GED or equivalent.
• 2 or more years of experience in manufacturing/operations environment
• Must have proficient knowledge in software programs such as MS Office, MAC word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure
• Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues
• Pass drug screening and background check
• Must be able to train on 1^st or 2^nd shift for 4-6 weeks 

PAY RATE

$20 per hour while training on 1st or 2nd shift.. $22 once moved to 3^rd shift

SCHEDULE

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, some OT may be required
