TMD Staffing is looking to hire and Administrative Assistant in the Conroe area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform general office tasks: shipping, scanning, copying, and meeting preparation.
Request and verify purchase orders from customers for accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure all billing documentation is accurate and complete.
Recommend improvements for billing quality and customer payment timeliness.
Support continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
Participate actively in team efforts and adapt to change.
Uphold company policies and safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Language: Strong communication skills, professional email/phone etiquette, and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
Math: Ability to perform basic calculations and interpret data.
Reasoning: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Technical: Moderate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; adaptable to new software.
Soft Skills: Tactful conflict handling, creativity, judgment, and team collaboration.
PAY RATE
$18.00 per hour
SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday, 07:30AM - 04:30 PM
