TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our team in Plano, TX (75074)! This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing with an opportunity to grow.

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring job orders are filled, clients are supported, and our internal team is guided and developed. We are seeking a confident staffing professional with experience in the temporary staffing industry and a passion for client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and fill client job orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate associate and client updates to management
• Provide performance coaching and support to temporary associates
• Conduct client and prospect visits to build strong partnerships
• Track and meet staffing KPIs established by Corporate
• Support internal recruitment operations and team development
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Candidate Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in the temporary staffing industry
• Strong customer service and decision-making experience
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and car insurance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
