JOB TITLE: Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person - Office Setting

LOCATION: Spring, Texas 77388

SHIFT: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

SUMMARY: The Recruiter's primary objective is to recruit, interview, hire, conduct customer-specific orientations, place, monitor, and end assignments for temporary associates.

RECRUITER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.
• Assign and monitor temporary associates' assignments.
• Process background checks and complete drug testing of prospective temporary associates.
• Manages and maintains correct and current information for the company's ATS, computer files, job orders, and weekly reports.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) put in place by Corporate.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

RECRUITER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 or more years working in a temporary agency and/or customer service experience.
• Communication skills. (written and verbal)
• Ability to make independent decisions that have impacts on the organization.
• Data entry skills.
• Must have a valid DL, vehicle, and car insurance.
