TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Billing Administrator in the NW- Houston area!

The client is looking for a candidate with at least 2-5 years of experience with billing. 


Work Environment: In-Person


Tasks:

  • Create Job Orders with client and process billing to clients and vendors
  • Processing paperwork and documents.
  • Spend 20% of the time answering phones and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Must be able to read and understand invoices and partial billings as well as Purchase Orders


Requirements:

  • Clear Criminal Background & Drug screen
  • 2-5 years of experience working in billing within Construction or a Light Industrial setting
  • Must be able to have basic computer skills


Pay Rate: $19/hr


Shifts: Monday-Friday 8-5
