Job Title: Book keeper 

TMD Staffing is looking to hire 1. 

Tasks:

          Prepare and maintain accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports using Quickbooks for multiple entries

          Create Improve upon effective accounting processes

          Perform audits to ensure adherence to laws, regulations and best practices

          Assist other administrative staff in day-today operations as needed

Requirements:

           Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role

          Strong proficiency in Quickbooks

          Ability to prioritize and multitask

          Excellent communication skills, relationship building skills and organizational skills

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
