TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Accounting Bookkeeper in the San Antonio area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In Person 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Bookkeeper for small family-owned Meat Processing Plant 
• Monthly Bank statement Reconciliations 
• Expense outsourced payroll by Journal Entry Weekly 
• Monthly payroll accrual Month end inventory adjustments Monthly Bank reporting 
• Analyzing and preparation of Income statements 
• Annual Preparation of year-end packages for CPA s 
• Annual Insurance policy Audits 
• Annual reconciliation of Payroll expense to 941 s 
• Various Reports as requested by Management. 
• Assist Accounting Staff in other tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid Communications skills 
• Bookkeeping experience in QuickBooks 
• Intermediate experience in Excel 
• The ability to learn and use multiple software programs 
• 5+ years of work experience in accounting 
• Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet various deadlines for management 
• Work for multiple companies 
• Strong work ethic, diligent, committed and be able to work as a team member 
• Detail oriented, self-starter and able to handle conflicting priorities

PAY RATE

$22 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
