TMD Staffing in Kyle, TX is hiring for a well known customer that needs a Building Custodian.  

We are looking for someone who enjoys cleaning and doing lawn work.  The right candidate will be doing general cleaning and sanitizing tasks.  They will be cleaning common areas like bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, lobby and hallways.  Additionally, this employee will be responsible for  monitoring security and safety by locking doors. They will also be doing maintenance on lawn, shrubbery and clearing debris from grounds. keeping sidewalks, driveways and parking lot clear and clean. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Detail Oriented and thorough
• Excellent work ethic
• Practice Safety 
• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate power tools and equipment
• Ability to keep cleanliness and be orderly
• Be courteous, polite and remain professional with staff
• Be able to work prolonged periods standing
• Be able to lift, bend, stoop and lift up to 50Lbs at a time.
• Be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.

SHIFT:

Monday to Friday, 5:30AM to 2:30PM

Pay:  $15.00 / HR
