TMD Staffing is looking to hire reliable Circuit Board Solders for a security system manufacturing company in New Braunfels, TX! (78130)

I t is important that applicants for this position have skills using hand tools, small power tools, and soldering iron. This position is responsible for assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical boards, hardware, and other door products and highly configurable complex units/assemblies. ***RESUME REQUIRED***

Work Environment: In-Person

Tasks:

Operates/uses machines, hand tools, small power tools, voltage meters, and testing equipment to assemble and test products.

Works from samples, sample drawings, blueprints, schematics, as well as written and verbal instructions.

Tests PCB boards and operates PWA machines, i.e., Juki pick and place surface mount machine and Juki Cube through hole selective solder machine, Heller oven, and all other PWA equipment/machines.

Completes in-process inspection to ensure the product meets work instruction specifications, quality attributes and reports variances immediately to lead/supervisor.

Packages product and prepares for shipping. Ensures all packaging is according to workmanship standards. Attaches identifying labels to finished products, boxes, and part containers per work instructions.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED 
• Experience in a manufacturing/assembly and soldering work-related environment required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Must have experience using hand tools, small power tools, and soldering iron
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Pay Rate: $15.95 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-4:30PM
