Job Title: Food and Beverage Associates
Duration of the Show: February 5, 2025 – March 23, 2025
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Works in the assigned concession area.
- Serves customers and manages cash registers.
- Prepares and serves food & beverages to customers, as required.
- Services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely.
- Ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly.
- Facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties.
- Keeps the working environment clean and sweeps after the show begins.
- Performs other duties as required after each selling period.
- Will help with the setup of concessions.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess the ability to learn ticketing software and retain a high level of complex information.
- Candidate must be outgoing, personable, vocal, energetic, and willing to engage customers.
- Be comfortable working in a loud environment.
- Be calm, motivated, polite, and courteous.
- Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants, and shoes (no logos).
- Be physically able to stand up for long hours and travel up-and-down stairs frequently.
- Understand customer service and hospitality.
- Work well with others.
- Pay attention to the details.
- Working fast and efficiently under pressure.
- Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings).
- Know when to get the help of a supervisor.
- Availability for the whole city duration.
- English speaking is mandatory – other languages are an asset.
Schedule
- Working Hours: Hours will vary.
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Subject to change according to the show schedule)
