Job Title: Receptionist/Production Assistant

Duration of the Show: February 5, 2025 – March 23, 2025

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities 

• Answer the phone.
• Take and distribute messages.
• Welcome and help anyone coming to the Tour Services Office.
• Help office staff with administrative tasks.
• Handling mail and courier; Responsible for shipping and receiving (external and internal mail)
• Maintain office supplies
• Operate the fax and photocopier machines.
• Maintain the office in a clean and orderly manner.

The ideal candidate will: 

• Fluent in English and the language of the region. (For example, French in Montreal)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills, including strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
• Resourceful and assertive.
• Ability to perform office tasks.
• Good knowledge of the local area, tourism, and cultural events.
• Availability for the whole city duration.
• Punctual and reliable.

Schedule:

• Working Hours: Hours will vary.
• Working Days: Maximum of 5 days a week (Subject to change according to the show schedule)
