Job Title: Cleaving Technician

TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Cleaving Technician! 

Duties:

• Monitor semiconductor wafer scribing, breaking, stacking, and dicing production line
• Assist engineers with new machine set-up and process development
• Identify production problems and support engineers for problem solving

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent in any technical discipline 
• Experience of handling delicate equipment in the semiconductor, electronics, or medical environment 
• Basic computer skills of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Excel

Shift:

3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
