TMD Staffing is looking to hire Control Room Clerk in the Baytown Tx 77523!  

Work Environment: Cold storage facility  

Tasks: 

• Maintaining a clean and organized office workspace.
• Communicate with other departments regarding any needs and shipment status.
• Coordinate with the onsite yard driver for any move requests and notifying drivers of any information.
• Coordinate with Control Tower for late arrivals, no shows, and reschedules. 
• Adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements: 

• Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle data
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with warehouse management systems, excel, and outlook
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm to 7:00pm. 4 ½ days

Pay: $18 /hour
