TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Manufacturing Cost Analyst in the 77445 area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT : In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES 

This role performs manufacturing cost and variance analysis in the manufacturing of cast urethane and machined products. This includes monthly analysis of production orders, operational efficiency, job cost data and capacity planning. Assisting company ownership with development and implementation of lean manufacturing principals and objectives, including standard cost development and capacity / production labor modeling, along with supporting plant operations.

Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of each manufacturing department.

Modify or improve existing efficiency reporting systems to address gaps in understanding of company goals.

Manage efficiency reporting system for 35 employees and present data weekly in management team meetings.

Job cost product lines and coordinate the required action plans with operations and estimating to improve overall company performance.

Identify lean manufacturing opportunities in each department and oversee implantation and support completion with operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in job costing and performance management.

Organization and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting established timelines.

Lean manufacturing experience.

Great communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

5+ years in manufacturing cost analysis, estimating and production management a plus.

PAY RATE : $DOE

SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday, day shift
