Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible to perform activities including:
Processing customer demand (via purchase orders, customer portals)
Responding to new & existing customer supply chain actions
Resolve customer questions/concerns appropriately.
This position requires a goal oriented person with a high level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
In addition this role will participate in the earliest stages of the sales process, including reaching out to and qualifying potential prospects.
A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor are essential in working with our clientele.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in B2B cold calling, customer service, and outbound sales.
