TMD is currently hiring Outbound CSR Reps for a large company in North Austin.  This is a full-time open-ended assignment with stability, PTO, and Benefits available. 

Position:  Customer Service/Documentation Procurement

Location:   Austin, Texas (Domain area)

Pay:  $15.00

Shift: Various (Between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.) M-F

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Make high volume outbound calls daily
• Accurately performs each step in the process from order to ship. This includes initial engagement and customer intake, data entry to build the order, insurance verification, prior authorization as needed, gathering, and verifying proper documentation and completing the shipping process
• Consistently ensures compliance with established regulatory requirements and department and Company standards and procedures
• Effectively communicates with healthcare professionals and customers to provide updates on patient order status with the overall objective of building professional relationships
• In accordance with department policy, thoroughly note accounts when action is required/taken and/or upon each completed or attempted contact
• Expedites service in situations requiring urgent attention as determined by management
• Provides patients with a comprehensive explanation of required documents and explains how to complete required documents, as necessary
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and contributes to solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and enhance the customer’s experience
• Maintains appropriate level of communication and confidentiality

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• 3 months call center experience is preferred
• Proficient with MS Office products
• Medical experience is helpful. Medical office, etc.
• Knowledge of medical supplies helpful
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently make a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Attention to detail and ability to follow proper processes and procedures with care
• Ability to simplify information and communicate effectively, verbal + written.
