TMD Staffing is looking to hire Customer Service Reps!
Pay Rate: Depending on Experience
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound customer request via phone in a professional and timely manner
- Receive inbound customer request via email in a professional and timely manner
- Document all customer communication including inquiries, comments or complaints in SAP
- Communicate and coordinate with both internal and customers and follow up on customer interactions
- Responsible for management of Sales Orders, Returns & Back Orders of Parts
- Assist with customer account management as needed to maximize profitability of department
- Assist with cross-functional internal teams (including Tech Support, Sales, Production, Shipping and Receiving) to improve the entire customer experience
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent working experience
- General knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Relevant computer knowledge of basic applications and software systems
- Must successfully work individually and as part of a team
- Communication skills; both verbal and written along with listening and problem-solving skills
- Monday thru Friday
