TMD Staffing is looking to hire Customer Service Agent in Pflugerville, Texas!

PAY RATE: $ 18.00 per/hr. with Over-Time available

Specialists perform a critical role in assisting customers who are in need of assistance by contacting and managing service providers in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. SUMMARY: This position must effectively handle inbound Inquiries, Placing Quotes and Sales Orders for tactical merchandise, and not limited to answering questions about inventory. The best customer service call center agents are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Addresses requests in a timely manner to customers using a variety of channels

•Communication on website and products

•Answering inbound phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers

.•Verbally take customer orders and process in internal system

•MS Office a must

•Order Entry of Sales and Reports

•Effectively uses computer systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

•Escalates and trouble shoots issues, concerns, complaints

•Meet daily and monthly performance objectives

•Ensure you are at work and have excellent work ethic

•Clearly communicates with co-workers

•Must have reliable Transportation

•Must be a team player
