Job Title: Customer Service Rep

TMD Staffing is looking to hire Customer Service Rep!

Tasks:

• Ability to manage incoming driver calls.
• Ability to assist drivers/customers with exception management.
• Ability to sort and file inbound vendor bills of lading.
• Ability to pull/assemble all necessary documentation for all routes.
• Heavy customer service and data entry.

Requirements:

•  Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
•  Microsoft Office/Outlook experience is a must.
•  Must be able to learn new systems.

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00AM 5:00PM
