TMD Staffing is looking to hire Inside Sales Reps in Keller, TX 76248!  

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiate sales calls in an effort to present company program to prospective customers

Energize client expectations of company programs with a courteous and engaging telephone personality 

Build rapport with potential clients, selling & aligning program benefits to customer needs 

Close sales opportunities in a timely and effective manner 

Maintain working knowledge of product lines 

Schedule follow-up contacts with current and new customers in ACT 

Adhere to company Core Values such as maintaining a positive attitude and working environment, etc. 

Adhere to company telephone etiquette policy 

Meet call and contract performance goals as directed by the company 

Update contracts and status of contracts in respective company software

Perform other work as so directed by company management

PAY RATE

$15.00 / Hourly

SHIFT

Monday - Friday, 8:30AM 5:00 PM
