TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Design Admin for a client located in Downtown Houston 77026 area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-person

PAY RATE: $13.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm

BILINGUAL DESIGN ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Data Entry

• Clerical duties
• Mathematical Skills
• Managing production orders and sales orders
• Position will also analyze and confirm production standards
• Communication with various departments
• Light Inventory
• Managing reports and updating spread sheets
• Heavy email

BILINGUAL DESIGN ADMIN  QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST be Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Must have some experience working in a warehouse production environment
• Must be very detail-oriented and have excellent computer skills with WORD,EXCEL,HEAVY EMAIL, AND TYPING
• Must have the ability and knowledge of multitasking and working in special projects
• Bilingual a Plus
• Team Player Driven
• Very good communication skills
• Valid Texas Driver License
