TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Dispatch Assistant in Round Rock, TX!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

Our client is looking for a reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for field employees, customers, and our management team. This person will receive requests, transmit messages, and be responsible for data entry. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in high-stress situations. This person must be able to multi-task and take the appropriate action with little supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assisting in organizing and coordinating daily schedules for operators based on priority and operator ability.
• Communicating with customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Answering and directing a high volume of phone calls while performing other critical tasks.
• Performing a variety of clerical support duties as assigned; compiling and entering data, preparing reports, and taking job orders.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred, but not necessary)

• Ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining an upbeat attitude.
• Ability to type efficiently to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
• Enjoy solving problems for a constantly changing workload.

• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service.

PAY RATE

$18.00 per hour (chance for more after hired on full time)

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
