TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Dispatching/Customer Service Rep!

Seeking a detail-oriented CSR Dispatcher to ensure smooth communication between customers and field technicians. Your role involves scheduling service appointments, coordinating updates, and addressing customer inquiries to guarantee satisfaction.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Receive and prioritize service requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Schedule service appointments and provide technicians with job details.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Collaborate internally to resolve concerns and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
• Address customer inquiries and minor technical issues remotely.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent (certifications a plus).
• Must have previous customer service and dispatching experience 
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively.

PAY RATE

$16.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
