TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Entry-Level Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Carrollton, Texas! (75006)

This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing!

SUMMARY: The Recruiter's primary objective is to recruit, coordinate, interview, hire, conduct customer-specific orientations, place, monitor, and end assignments for temporary associates.

POSITION: Entry-Level Bilingual Recruiter (Direct Hire) 

LOCATION: Carrollton, TX 75006

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person; This is not a remote opportunity. 

SHIFT: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

RECRUITER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.

• Assign and monitor temporary associates' assignments.

• Process background checks and complete drug testing of prospective temporary associates.

• Manages and maintains correct and current information for the company's ATS, computer files, job orders, and weekly reports.

• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) put in place by Corporate.

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

RECRUITER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively perform and communicate with temporary associates.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• At least 1 year of working in a temporary agency and/or customer service experience.

• Communication skills. (Written and Verbal)

• Ability to make independent decisions that have impacts on the organization.

• Data entry skills.

• Must have a valid DL, vehicle, and car insurance.
