TMD Staffing is hiring an Experienced Bookkeeper.

A family owned company in Round Rock, TX, is looking to bring on a bookkeeper that is driven, hard-working and wants to be a part of a wonderful team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports using Quickbooks for multiple entries.
• Create Improve upon effective accounting processes.
• Perform audits to ensure adherence to laws, regulations and best practices.
• Assist other administrative staff in day-today operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
• 2+ years experience in Quickbooks.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, relationship building skills and organizational skills.
