Job Title: Extrusion Operator

TMD Staffing is hiring Extrusion Operators for day and night shifts! The ideal candidate must have machine operating experience and some background in a mechanical field. 

Pay Rate: $14.50 to $15.50 / HR

Tasks:

• Perform routine operations required to set up, operate and adjust film extrusion lines with conveying and winding equipment to produce zipper plastic tubing.   
• Work from prescribed production goals and standards, schedules, manuals, detailed specifications.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and other requirements and requisition needed items. 
• Perform simple calculations for daily production totals and quality results.
• Perform routine die changes, changeovers, string-ups, shutdowns, and startups. 

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to lift 30lbs. routinely
• Must be able to pass a Background Check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Good attendance and work habits are a must
• Must be willing to work a 2-2-3 schedule with planned day/night rotation.

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 Schedule, 7:00AM-7:00PM or 7:00PM-7:00AM
