TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Floor Lead/Supervisor in the Timonium, MD area! (21093)

This position will train on the day shift and move to an overnight shift in late October.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person

LOCATION: Timonium, MD 21093

PAY RATE: Depending on Experience

SCHEDULE: 12-Hour Shift

FLOOR SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage the daily operations in the facility.
• Tain and oversee staff development.
• Ensure company standards are upheld.
• Effectively communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.

FLOOR LEAD QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED SKILLS

• Must have 2-3 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Be able to lead a group in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Leader.
• Dependable.
• Attention to detail.
