Job Title: General Laborer

TMD Staffing is looking to hire General Laborers in San Marcos, TX. You will be cutting and painting steel fence posts. 

This is an entry-level, temp-to-hire position. The sooner you apply, the sooner we can get you started. 

Pay Rate: $16 / HR

Tasks:

• Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
• Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment, such as shears and benders

Requirements:

• Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions including working in the heat and cold weather
• Ability to operate fabrication machines in a safe manner without supervision
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the industrial field
• Must possess a good work ethic and ability to be punctual
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, 5:00AM-3:30PM
