TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Healthcare Customer Service Retention Specialist!

Pay: $16.00 - per hour (There is an incentive plan in addition to the hourly pay!!) 

Position Overview:

Answer customer calls and provide a positive customer experience in a prompt and professional manner. Answer questions about our client s products as well as resolve concerns with related offers to retain the customer's business. Use high-value saving techniques to meet product, and service sales retention targets. Do you love talking to people? This is perfect for you! 

Note: T raining and the first 90 days are required in the office.   After training is complete, there will be two options for shifts making it more flexible for you, as well as the opportunity to go hybrid and be able to work from home and work in the office.

   Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

   Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance

   Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks
