TMD Staffing is looking to hire Human Resources Generalist in the San Antonio area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In Person - will be in a sitting setting, climate-controlled warehouse office. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys.
• Ensures proper involvement in hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counseling employees and supervisors.
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources federal and state requirements.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Educational Background

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field, and 1 to 3 years in an HR position

or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PAY RATE

$55000 - $65000 / Annually

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
