Job Title: Import/Export Logistics Specialist I

TMD Staffing is looking for an Import/Export Logistics Specialist!

Tasks:

• Prepare all domestic shipping documentation.
• Manage and/or performs packing, data entry, and shipping of domestic shipments.
• Manage the shipment logs daily and send shipping reports.
• Research and resolve customer or supplier issues.
• Airfreight Security
• Audits all shipping documentation to ensure compliance with recordkeeping policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Reach Forklift
• Experience with International Shipping

Requirements:

• Attention to detail with excellent customer service
• Physical demands of the position, including bending and standing for extended periods.  
• Availability to work weekends and overtime if needed.

Schedule:

• 8am to 5pm (must be flexible with OT)
