Job Description
TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Receptionist in Pflugerville, Texas!
PAY RATE: $ 17.00 per/hr.
SHIFT: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. M-F
SUMMARY:
This position must effectively handle inbound calls and assist visitors as they arrive. Customer service agents will be the first face of the experience and sale. If this sounds like a job you would excel at, please get your application in
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer multiline phones
- Receptionist exp preferred but not a must.
- Friendly and Smiley
- Medium to High Volume of calls,
- Mainly putting calls into the Que
- Lite Data Entry projects
- Filing Projects
- Greet clients and vendors.
- Ensure you are at work and have excellent work ethic
- Clearly communicates with co-workers
- Must have reliable Transportation
- Must be a team player
